Do they belong to a union and have a ‘no working on Sundays contract’? I had a horse once that was a “union” horse. He would tell me he couldn’t do certain things as it was not in his contract and I would have to tell him we were working with a “new”contract!

So good that they get time off, now and then. And do so in such a winsome way. As I write this, one of my current charges has decided that the far corner of the bed is just right for his hiatus. He goes on hiatus a lot. Hmm, he could be a union cat, because he’s always making demands.
