Sunday Shout Out

My computer at work died yesterday, completely “fry-fry.” Long story short, I needed a guy from tech support to change out the board. All I can say, is: Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU! He was there in less than an hour, and not only did he change out the board and fan in under 20 minutes, but he volunteered to stand guard while I got a dust pan and broom. (A kid had broken a lamp when her parents weren’t paying attention.)
IBM Tech Guy? Yeah…you rock!!! You made my day!!!
