Presenting Josephine Browne

I spent the afternoon with my mother-in-law. Almost every time I visit her, she’s found more pictures of my hubby’s side of the family. Here is a pic of my husband’s Great-Grandmother on his father’s side of the family: Josephine Browne—fresh from Ireland.

Isn’t this a fabulous picture! She’s so pretty.

MY maiden name is also Brown—without the E. There are Browns on hubby’s mother and father’s sides of the family. And yet—according to Ancestry—Hubby and I are NOT related. Not even as distant cousins.
