Living with MORE

Just dance wii 2016I’m happy to report that yesterday’s post, The List of MORE, has become a family project. My Kiddo looked at the list and said, “Well, I can help you out with some of this.” We played Just Dance 2016 using the Wii U followed by a rousing game of Boom Blox. I laughed until I was coughing and crying. Did we need a list? Did we need something written down to have a happy Saturday? Are we that rule-orientated that we prefer to have everything written down in a nice neat row, check off the To Dos, accomplish the tasks at hand?

Maybe.

I made healthy food choices: fruits and lots of vegetables. It wasn’t difficult. I didn’t feel like I was dieting—because I’m not. I feel like I’m adding to my life, rather than removing things from it. We eat fairly healthy anyway, but I think it’s the other stuff on the list that will ultimately affect my weight loss goals. And even if I never lose a single pound, MY goal is to use my hubby’s doctor visit as a wake-up call. It’s an opportunity for all of us to live fuller lives!

Have a wonderful Sunday!

  1. It sounds like you had a lot of fun. Lists work great for some people and not so great for others. Only you can decide. But have fun, no matter what!

So, do you like the Just Dance for the Wii? I’ve thought about getting one of those (I have an older Wii, so I would have to get an older version), but I wasn’t sure I would like it.

    1. I do like Just Dance for the Wii! Most libraries let you borrow games, just like books or anything else. It’s a great way to try them out rather than spending money on something you might not like.
